12,000 concurrent nodes dispatching events at global scale. Target: 50M events/day, 2.4s global median latency, no downtime during rolling deploys.
Architecture
Self-healing orchestrator with consensus-based routing. No master node. No single point of failure. Deploys are blue-green at the region level.
What We Learned
Formal verification of the routing tree caught 14 edge-case bugs before production. Deterministic output means you can replay any decision from logs alone.
