Processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 (a), (c), (f): legal obligation, necessity for contract performance, and legitimate interest.
5. Transfer
Personal data is transferred to public authorities only where legally required, and to infrastructure providers (email, hosting, payment) strictly as needed for service delivery.

Data is stored only for as long as required by the processing purpose and applicable legislation.
